**Responsibilities**:

- Consistently exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Address customer and partner inquiries effectively, providing accurate information and tailored solutions.
- Develop business plans aligned with assigned geographic and market objectives.
- Conduct high-volume outbound lead generation, including reporting, objection handling, and appointment setting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns for end users and partners.
- Demonstrate commitment to clients through regular meetings and follow-up communications.
- Partner with post-sale account managers to ensure ongoing account coverage and identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
- Use tools and online research to identify and generate new business leads.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer and partner satisfaction.
- Create engaging marketing materials for social media, newsletters, and industry events.
- Travel internationally to attend industry events and meet clients, enhancing the company’s real estate presence.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude while upholding the company’s Core Values.

**Requirements**:
**Skills**:

- Experience in the real estate management industry, ideally with an established network of industry contacts to generate business opportunities.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
- Experience working with North American companies is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed lead generation and revenue targets.
- Basic image and video editing skills are preferred but not required.
- Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of social media and marketing channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong commitment to client service and continuous improvement.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Digital marketing skills are an advantage.

**Education**:

- Graduate in a computer-related field/ Business Marketing or Postgraduate with an MBA.

**Travel**:

- Business travel as required; possession of a valid passport and relevant visas is preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and executives.
- High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and strong internal drive to achieve results.
- Ability to build and maintain a wide network of professional relationships over time.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
