**Job description**:
As a Machinery Technician at Vinyl Pro Windows System, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing machinery. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Automation Expertise**: Utilize your expertise in automation systems to program, install and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other automated equipment. Document machine information and technical conditions to implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- **Maintenance and Repair**: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
- **Electrical Knowledge**: Interpret and follow electrical wiring diagrams to diagnose and repair electrical faults in machinery. Safely handle electrical components and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Machinery Installation Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment (1 year required).
- Strong knowledge and experience working with Mechatronics (1 year required).
- Previous experience working with a range of advanced machinery, including Bottero glass equipment, Glass Cutting Machines, Forel Glass Line, and Urban welding machines is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in working with hand tools (1 year required).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
