- Overview of the role:
We are looking for a product manager to join our growing product management team. You will be responsible for continuing to develop a product that already has had market-changing impact on the Canadian landscape and internationally. As a product manager, you will be responsible for owning the roadmap of our residential returns product, working with both internal teams and external partners to create value and deliver outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product vision and define strategic roadmap and execution.
- Go beyond digital to offer stellar client and customer experience.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and customers in multiple area of Intelcom's organization to deliver high impact products and meet company objectives.
- Capture, categorize, prioritize and maintain a healthy backlog of features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and deliver products clients and consumers will love.
- Maintain and communicate a prioritized roadmap to support Intelcom’s strategic initiatives.
- Participate in planning sessions to define initiatives, resolve dependencies and perform data-driven prioritization in an agile environment;
- Lead cross-functional teams to maximize value generation
- Support other product management initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years product management with a proven track record of delivering outstanding products
- University degree in marketing, business, engineering, or relevant experience.
- Deep understanding and mastery of product management practices, ways of working and rituals.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to rally stakeholders around a vision.
- Ability to gather data, analyze and prioritize based on business objectives.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Fluent in both French and English (mandatory)
