New Look Vision Group (“NVG”), headquartered in Montreal, Canada, is the leading provider of eye care products and services across Canada and is rapidly expanding in the United States. The Group has retail sales of optical products which can be grouped into four principal categories: (i) prescription and non-prescription eyewear, (ii) contact lenses, (iii) sunglasses, protective eyewear and reading glasses, and (iv) accessories, such as cleaning products for eyeglasses and contact lenses. The Group’s network of stores totals 470 locations, consisting of 413 locations in Canada and 57 in the United States. Prescription lenses are manufactured at the company’s central manufacturing and distribution facility located in Montreal.

Under the current leadership team, NVG has achieved outstanding operating and financial success. Since 2013 NVG’s store network has increased from 70 to 470 locations, primarily by way of acquisition, and its enterprise value has increased by over 10x, from approximately $100 million to in excess of $1 billion. This has resulted in significant value creation for its shareholders. During this same period, significant investments have been made in the existing store network, new stores, the laboratory, warehouse and distribution centre.

The New Look Vision Group is looking for a full-time PMO Coordinator Officer. Reporting to the PMO Director, you will be working from home and in our offices when needed. There are located at 4405 Chemin bois franc ville Saint-Laurent.

**Role**:
Support the planning and compliance of operational projects as well as supporting the overall project portfolio management. We have a particular interest in a resource with good experience as a PCO.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Supports business units and functional units in the management of operational projects;
- Ensures that the governance of operational projects is carried out according to the parameters defined by the PMO;
- Provides support/advice to project leaders and the management team;
- Works closely with the PMO Director to prioritize projects and optimize processes and tools;
- Maintains project portfolio dashboards;
- Becomes an operational expert and the reference for the Project Manager Information System (PMIS);
- Assists in the implementation and handling of project management processes and templates (scope management, planning management, financial management, change management, risk management, management of outstanding items and actions, status and progress reports, project documentation management, etc.).

**Requirements**:

**Personal and professional competencies**:
University degree in Administration, Finance, Computer Science or other related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingual spoken and written (French and English);
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, SmartSheet and Visio;
- Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum Agile)
- Knowledge of IT (Development and Infrastructure);
- Be able to solve problems, demonstrate autonomy and initiative;
- CAPM or PMP certification is an asset;
