Our Banking client in **North York, Ontario** is looking to hire a **Business/Data Analyst **for a **12-months contract role**.

**What you will need to succeed**

**Must Have Skills**:
**The Services and Deliverables to be provided by the Supplier will include the following**:

- Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information/data accurately.
- 5+ years of experience in business and data analysis, including data mapping and templates.
- 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis and relevant documentation
- Organizing information, Generating Excel models, presentations, and reports
- Strong organizational skills, ability to self-organize and organize/track external deliverables.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Good understanding of data terminologies [such as but not limited to transaction data, aggregated data, metadata, reference data, master data, data mapping, data lineage, data integration, data quality and data gaps]
- Serve as liaison between staff, management, and vendors by analyzing and interpreting data for company procedures, policies, and workflows.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, flowcharts, and workflows.
- Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.
- Participate in meetings regularly with project stakeholders to assess issues and to identify and implement improvements for more efficient operations.
- Ability to present findings in a polished way.
