Product Data Management

In Product Data Management we are a collaborative team, supporting one another and our customers. We deliver precise information efficiently to all of our partners internally and externally.
**Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm**
**In this role, you will**:
- Work closely with the Order Desk and Service Desk to open and close options to facilitate order entry
- Complete varying projects that may include pricing, bills of material, labour routings, order entry configurations, create/update parts, etc.
- Assist and triage issues brought by internal customers in an accurate and timely fashion
- Update QM Web parts catalogue
- Provide problem determination, problem resolution, and documentation assistance for bill of materials and pricing discrepancies
- Partner with the Quote Master team to ensure continued synchronization of information
**What you bring**:
- Positive work experience in current position
- Ability to think and work through problems analytically, problem-solving effectively
- Computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft Excel and an aptitude toward learning
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail with a passion for excellence
- Understanding of the implications of inaccuracies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service focused
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Mathematical skills
**The following will be considered assets**:
- Loewen product knowledge
- Programming experience (like Visual Basic for running macros)
