**Missions and Responsibilities**
Your challenge at Air Liquide
- Responsible for procurement, as well as all activities related to optimal management of supplier accounts;
- Track and maintain inventory system to minimize component lead times;
- Participate in special projects, particularly in terms of process improvement and operational efficiencies;
- Complete data entry and analyze the discrepancies and makes the appropriate recommendations;
- Help increase the efficiency of operations and the development of innovative practices;
- Contribute to achieving your department’s goals by maximizing resource utilization;
- Ensure excellent customer service, a high rate of satisfaction with our clients.
- Actively promote ALC’s safety objectives. Know and respect procedures indicated in ALC’s Quality Manual. Ensure that proper corrective and preventative actions are in place.

**Competencies and Profile**
- Combination of education and relevant experience;
- Professional with strong planning and problem solving skills;
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills,
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs suites
- Previous experience with ORACLE would be an asset.
