We are a well-established real estate practice in the greater Edmonton area, looking for a driven
and self motivated Licensed Real Estate Agent that is looking to augment their real estate
business.
Qualifications:
- Self motivated, people person, organized, resourceful and a fast learner
- Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
- Willing to work well alone & with a team
- Be open to a flexible work schedule and be willing to work evenings and weekends
- Have some knowledge of technology
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with clients, teammates and peers
- Provide world class service to all clients and prospects
- Consult with clients in order to discover their property needs
- Show homes to prospective home buyer clients
- Drive with or alongside buyer clients to provide access and view homes
- Schedule and attend on-site showings with clients and vendors
- Schedule and addend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
- Provide clients with pricing information and market evaluations
- Write contracts for clients and assist with their purchases
- Hold open houses regularly
- Regularly attend team meetings
