Corbo Chiropractic is hiring a vibrant front desk receptionist to add to our growing team. We are looking for someone who is positive, organized, professional & personable. You must also be willing to work evenings and Saturdays.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and other callers at the clinic in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Answer the telephone promptly and courteously.
- Make appointments for patients following set procedures for Chiropractic treatment.
- Follow up with patients about appointments and outstanding payments.
- Issue patient invoices and receipts.
- Scan and file patient forms after use.
- Exercise patient confidentiality in regards to all aspects of the practice.
- Maintain a clean and organized desk/office workspace.
- Understands social media & posts for the clinic/clinicians.
- Able to problem solve to provide exceptional patient experience.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evenings
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
