We’re looking for a Mortgage Assistant who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients, lenders, and referral partners experience the highest level of professionalism and care. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

bank statements, income verification, property documents, and other financial records.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding items, ensuring documents are collected and filed

accurately.
- Coordinate with appraisers, and legal partners to ensure smooth deal flow from start to

completion.
- Maintain and update our CRM (BluMortgage) and related databases with accurate,

timely client information.
- Support marketing and client care initiatives, including post-funding touchpoints,

client gifting, and referral partner appreciation.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in a

mortgage/financial services role (an asset but not required).
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with CRMs (BluMortgage preferred), Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Velocity or other digital mortgage platforms is an asset.
- Mandarin / Cantonese speaking (professional level) is an asset.

Position Details
- Part-time to start (approx. 30 hours/week), with potential to grow into a full-time role.
- Hours : 9am - 3pm & Mon - Fri
- Compensation: $20-$23/hour, depending on experience.
- Location: In person first during training period and then remote with monthly in person meeting as requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
