We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven PPC Specialist to manage multiple accounts and execute high-performing pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads. In this role, you’ll optimize campaigns monthly, recommend strategic improvements, and deliver detailed updates on campaign progress.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategic Development: Design, implement, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to drive targeted traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Campaign Management: Manage multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring timely execution and optimization of campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed, actionable monthly reports.
- Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling, high-performing ad copy and provide recommendations to improve campaign content.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to enhance campaign targeting.
- Google Tag Manager: Utilize GTM to track performance and implement data-driven adjustments.
- Budget Oversight: Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize results while minimizing costs.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly reports that include performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in PPC campaign management.
- Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and campaign performance analysis tools.
- Certifications: Google Search, Performance Max, and Display Ads Certifications; Google Analytics Certification.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
- Excellent communication skills for clear project updates and collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
**EDUCATION**
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with WordPress and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools is an asset.
