**Description**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage and execute online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Ads.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts using various channels (PPC, SEO, social media, display, affiliate) to drive growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Actively engage with our online community to foster a positive brand image
- Monitor website performance, conduct audits, and implement necessary improvements to ensure optimal speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.

**Qualifications, Skills & Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in online advertising.
- Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (PPC, SEO, social media, display, affiliate channels).
- Analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and methodologies: attribution modeling, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$83,000.00 per year
