Babysitter

**Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.**

- **Compensation**:22-24 CAD per hour

**Schedule**:Intermittent; 2-3 days per month as follows
- Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm (4-6 hours within this time frame)
- Weekdays, 6pm-10pm (2-4 hours within this time frame)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Bedtime routines during evening shifts
- Engaging with children
- Occasional bathroom assistance for 4 year old
- Tidying related to children
- Walks to nearby playground

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years of paid professional childcare experience
- Must be UTD on CPR certification or willing to renew
- Must be eligible to work in Canada/Canadian citizen
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age to apply


**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

- Are you able and willing to provide 2 childcare references from your most recent childcare positions? These references must be from a paid/professional position and cannot be related to you. We will request this information as part of our vetting process if the hiring family decides to move forward (after your interview with the family).
- How much of a commute will this position be for you (in minutes).
- The rate for this position is $22-$24 CAD. Does the offered rate align with what you are looking for in your next position?
