Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 all Johnson Electric policies and any other industry standards in all activities- Support the preparation of concept design of the processes.- Consult and collaborate with personnel in various engineering and design activities.- Creating process engineering documentation and requirements for new equipment- Undertake and successfully complete basic activities supporting Proof of Concept creation and validation.- Perform tasks independently while working closely with individual team member
Qualifications, Education And / or Experience:
- Working toward a technical degree or diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering- Basic competency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD- Basic competency with hand tools- Experience in a similar previous co-op considered an asset.- Excellent interpersonal skills- Attention to detail- Independent and self-motivated- Hands-on experience is required.- Committed to meeting deadline requirements- Willing and able to multi-task and change priorities based on organizational needs- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Software- Troubleshooting skills- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
