, you'll be at the forefront of supporting
Continuous Improvement projects involving PLCs and robotics
. Your technical skills and hands-on approach will help us standardize processes, troubleshoot equipment, and drive efficiency across our operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and assist with Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Create and update work instructions and cell setup documentation.
• Perform data collection, measurement studies, troubleshooting, and equipment process improvements.
• Collaborate with production operators and technicians to document and standardize processes.
• Assist in creating mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Ensure compliance with Johnson Electric Production Systems and ISO standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a technical degree or diploma.
• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Strong AutoCAD or SolidWorks experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent and self-motivated with a "Can Do" attitude.
• Hands-on experience is a PLUS—this is a hands-on role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
