**Job Summary**:
This is an experimental role that has one main goal in mind: complete Restoration. This worker will be exposed to and learn about a wide array of construction skills. This person is both urgent and thoughtful in their work and accountable for completing all site work that progresses the job to a high-quality conclusion. Additionally, some of the main responsibilities are:

- Performing **Flood-related tasks**, such as completing general demolition, removing construction materials, flood/water extraction, content manipulation, initial drywall cuts.
- Performing **Contents-related tasks**, such as, inspections, pack-outs, processing, storing, cleaning and pack-backs.
- Performing **Construction-related tasks**, such as installing baseboards, painting, installing installation, vapour barriers, drywall board-ups, taping, mudding, and sanding.

**Job Requirements**
- Must have a **class 5 or N drivers license**:

- Having a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A willingness to assist and learn different departmental tasks related to the restoration process
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Taking pride in their work and being detailed oriented
- Ability to maintain job site clean and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Any work experience or schooling related to carpentry or drywalling is considered an asset.
- Ability to **lift** industrial fans weighing **30 to 40 pounds**:

- Ability to **load and unload** wheeled industrial dehumidifiers weighing **130 to 140 pounds.**:

- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Participating on our emergency (after hours) **on-call list**

**Compensation**:
**_Wage: _**$18.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)**:
