**Summary of essential job functions**:

- Shipping and receiving admin
- Updating production boards
- Print production labels
- Scheduling; prepare daily work schedule
- Closing work orders
- Inventory management and cycle counts
- Minor production assistance as required
- Documentation of procedures (SOPs, Gemba walks, 5S audits etc)
- Audits
- Support for production related department

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Manufacturing experience is an asset
- Lean Manufacturing experience is an asset
- Experience with ERP/ Data Entry software required
- Business Central system or similar is an asset
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- Computer Savvy
- College Diploma Preferred
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
