A Wholesale Fashion company located in Concord Ontario is looking for an experienced TECHNICIAN/PRODUCTION COORDINATOR:
This is a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain technical specifications and measurement charts for garment production
- Conduct fittings to ensure garments meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to streamline the production process.
- Assist in quality control by reviewing finished products before delivery.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field with experience in wholesale garment manufacturing, or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years related garment production experience
- Must have strong knowledge of garment patterns, construction, fitting& grading spec
- Experience in garment fitting and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication with overseas factories& customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin a strong asset
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS office and Photoshop
