**Job Title**: Sales Manager

**Location**: On-site, True North Log & Timber Homes Inc.

**Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend commitments for Trade Shows, Seminars, and Tours

**Compensation**: Base Salary of $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience + Commission + Annual Performance Bonus

**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the Sales and Design Consultants, as well as overseeing the Dealer Network to drive business development and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales within the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Design Consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
- Manage and support the Dealer Network, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and support the B2B Network, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Facilitate business development initiatives, including identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in Trade Shows, Seminars, and Tours to promote True North Log & Timber Homes.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
