Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Utilize sales management software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and generate reports
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients
- Upselling skills to maximize revenue potential
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong math skills for analyzing sales data and forecasting
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management techniques

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
