**Primary Job Purpose**

The **International Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator**is responsible for maintaining the required threshold of inventory and ensuring the accurate and timely coordination of shipping and logistics for overseas, U.S., and Canadian products. This role requires strong supplier management, logistics coordination, and inventory forecasting to support the company’s supply chain operations effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Purchasing & Inventory Management**
- Manage and execute purchasing for all Divine-branded products and materials for Divine and Divine Distribution.
- Forecast demand for products and services to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Keep a constant check on stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Calculate and update landed costs for imported goods.

**Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination**
- Coordinate with overseas teams and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Arrange and manage international shipping plans, including sea freight quotes and updates.
- Ensure accurate documentation for overseas purchasing, including customs clearance and tariff classification for Canada and the U.S.
- Stay updated on tariff and duty regulations to ensure compliance.
- Source and establish partnerships with third-party service providers such as forwarders, trucking companies, and warehouses.

**Supplier & Vendor Relations**
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.

**Operational Support & Customer Service**
- Provide support to internal teams on shipping and logistics challenges.
- Lead by Divine’s core values (LINES) and actively pursue professional development through education and training.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Technical Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong knowledge of global logistics, Incoterms, and forwarding services.
- Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
- Experience with customs clearance and tariff classification for North America.
- Familiarity with Divine Tracker or similar inventory management systems.

**Non-Technical Skills**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who requires mínimal supervision.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in global purchasing or supply chain management.
