In this position, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with consumers and promoting financial products on behalf of one of Canada's most recognizable brands. You'll have the chance to earn a competitive base wage combined with commission, empowering you to take control of your earnings based on your performance. Compensation Base pay + commission Role Responsibilities Educate customers about the features and benefits of credit cards available in-store and at kiosksEngage customers and drive sales, enhancing brand awareness for our client’s productsDeliver exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a positive experienceUtilize innovative approaches to connect with customers and highlight product benefitsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with store staffProtect customer confidentiality by maintaining a high level of discretion Keys to success: Outgoing, personable, and enjoys engaging with customersExperience in customer service or sales is an assetAbility to convey key messages effectivelyStrong communication and listening skillsCapable of working independently as well as part of a teamWillingness to complete a criminal background check Why join us?
