**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and support a team of therapists in delivering effective family therapy ABA sessions.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of children and their families.
- Oversee case management processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collect and analyze data to improve therapeutic interventions and program effectiveness.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on best practices in family therapy and special education strategies.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients during therapy sessions.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Behaviour Analyses.
- Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology as it relates to pediatric care.
- Experience working with children, particularly those requiring special education support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with families.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data collection and reporting.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of family therapy.
