**Duties**
- Supervise ABA Therapist Assistants.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with children in a healthcare or educational setting.
- Background in clinic environments, particularly within pediatrics.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and case management practices.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and medical terminology relevant to the field.
- Experience in special education is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
