**About the Role**
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payroll and making sure employees are paid accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with both HR and finance to keep everything running smoothly and in line with company policies and regulations.

**What You'll Do**
- Handle payroll for all staff, ensuring everything is processed correctly and on schedule
- Use tools like QuickBooks, ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, or PeopleSoft to manage payroll data
- Keep employee records up to date, including hours worked, benefits, and any deductions
- Coordinate with HR to make sure employee info is accurate in the payroll system
- Review payroll reports and fix any issues or inconsistencies
- Support with payroll-related receivables and help prepare for audits when needed
- Stay informed about updates to payroll laws and standards

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous experience in payroll or a similar role
- Comfortable working with accounting/payroll platforms like ADP, QuickBooks, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft
- Solid understanding of payroll and HR practices
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data
- Organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
