**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support security guards across multiple sites.
- Create, manage, and adjust guard schedules to ensure full coverage.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to new and existing guards.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns.
- Prepare incident and shift reports; maintain accurate records.
- Act as the point of contact between Taurus Security Services, clients, and guards.
- Ensure guards are adhering to uniform, conduct, and reporting standards.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
