**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Your ability to upsell and provide recommendations will enhance the overall dining experience while contributing to the restaurant's success.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing detailed information about menu items.
- Upsell additional items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant's schedule.
