Overview:
The Adastra Sales Support professional will play a critical role in assisting our sales teams and ensuring the smooth operations of various value-driven processes.

**Location**: Hybrid (GTA) Or Remote

**Status**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and Track Contractual Documents:

- Assist in the preparation and tracking of contractual documents related to sales agreements and partnerships
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all contractual paperwork
- Maintain and Update Databases/Spreadsheets:

- Manage and update databases and spreadsheets related to sales activities, client information, and contractual data
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity
- Handle ongoing project tracing for forecast purposes
- Prepare Regular and Ad Hoc Reports and Presentations:

- Generate regular reports and presentations for the sales team and management
- Respond to ad hoc requests for data and analysis to support decision-making
- Support and Maintain Client Onboarding/Offboarding Processes:

- Ensure a smooth transition for clients as they integrate with our systems
- Execute offboarding activities of consultants for the client
- Executive Support:

- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling other responsibilities as needed
- Help streamline the daily operations of the sales department

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related work experience
- Experience within the Information Technology sector is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial services
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Solid Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative
- Adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
