Element Martial Arts is looking for a skilled and motivated **Muay Thai Instructor** to lead our Youth, Adult, and All Ages programs. We want someone who brings both passion for teaching and the technical experience to guide students of all levels—including those training to compete.

**Schedule & Compensation**
- Wednesdays: Youth Muay Thai (Ages 7-13) - 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Wednesdays: Adult Muay Thai (Ages 14+) - 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Fridays: All Ages Muay Thai - 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Compensation**:$45 per class**

**Responsibilities**
- Teach engaging and structured Muay Thai classes for youth, adults, and mixed-age groups.
- Deliver high-quality instruction that balances fundamentals, fitness, and advanced techniques.
- Develop students at all levels, from beginners to competitors preparing for fights.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and motivating training environment.
- Support students’ progression in skill, confidence, and discipline.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of Muay Thai training experience.**:

- **Minimum 1 year teaching or assistant teaching experience.**:

- Proven ability to train and guide competitors at a fight-ready level.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to student development.
