BOXING COACH

Rumble Boxing West 85th | Calgary

This isn't a casual coaching gig.

We're looking for a charismatic, organized, business-minded Boxing Coach who knows the sport, respects the grind, and brings energy every session. You coach real boxing, sell with integrity, and take ownership of your clients and results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coach boxing fundamentals, pad work, strength & conditioning
  • Train all fitness levels — beginners to athletes
  • Generate $1,000+/month in PT sales
  • Deliver high-energy, on-brand Rumble sessions
  • Work as part of a team to hit sales and experience targets
  • Stay organized with scheduling, reporting, and communication

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1+ year personal training experience
  • 2+ years boxing or Muay Thai (asset)
  • AFLCA / CanFitPro (or equivalent)
  • CPR & First Aid certified
  • Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with sales and non-traditional hours

  • Part-time
  • Evenings & weekends required (Days an asset)
  • Fast-paced, high-energy studio environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
