**Job description**

We're looking for a marketing & events coordinator to join our talented team of product designers, UX specialists and product managers to help us further develop our customer facing presence as a product design agency. Working closely with our design team, you'll help tell our story to potential customers and prospective employees.

**Role Details**:

- Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns or campaign initiatives. This may include managing internal product innovation projects, event planning, social media content, website updates, strategic planning, and new client outreach
- Content writing and creation
- Event planning and hosting duties. Currently hosting 2-3 industry events per month.
- Event sponsorship outreach
- Maintain and update marketing lists and initiatives within CRM as needed.
- Collaborate with other members of the team, to conceptualize and deliver marketing initiatives
- Champion the brand both internally and externally
- Assist with the maintenance and sharing of industry knowledge within the team and with clients

**What we're looking for**:
You are someone with:

- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in a professional services or business-to-business environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well within a creatively minded team, as well as independently
- Strong research and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize time sensitive projects and deadlines
- Experience with events and or event planning is a must
- Strong attention to detail, and above-average coordination, and organizational skills
- the ability to show initiative and bring forward new ideas to the team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
