Hello, we are hiring for Back of House staff (cooks, chefs) for **GRAVEYARD NIGHT SHIFTS DAILY FROM APPROX 11pm-4am or 5am**. **Responsibilities**
- Prepping ingredients as well as cooking and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications using safe and sanitary food handling practices.
- Ensuring all food preparation and storage procedures are followed as outlined by Vancouver Coastal Health
- Following prep lists, undertaking basic cooking duties and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen space at all times
- Performing other kitchen duties as assigned
- Opening and Closing duties following the company standards

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or Chef in a Kitchen facility
- Valid and up to date Food Safe certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts (graveyard, evenings, weekends and holidays)
- A positive and hardworking individual
- Able to work under pressure
- Works well within a team
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Must be able to work delivery service tablets
- Must be able to work independently in kitchen
- Payrate will be dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
