**Position Summary**:
As a Landscape Sales Estimator, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from lead generation and client engagement to estimating, closing sales, and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful execution. This role combines technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a client-focused approach to drive sales, deliver accurate estimates, and ensure high-quality project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, marketing initiatives, and outreach efforts.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, presenting Hansen Lawn & Garden’s value proposition and tailored solutions effectively.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs, measure project scope, and gather details for accurate estimates.
- Prepare and deliver precise, customized proposals and estimates within 24 hours of client appointments.
- Manage the sales process from initial client contact to project close, including follow-ups, securing approvals, and finalizing contracts.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless handoff and alignment on project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Provide designs and renderings for projects as needed, ensuring alignment with client preferences and budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends in won vs. lost opportunities, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Participate in weekly meetings with project managers and field teams to review upcoming jobs and align on project execution.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, estimating, and project coordination, ideally within the landscaping industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of softscape, gardening, and commercial maintenance services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach to building lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to create landscape designs and renderings for higher-value projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to time-block effectively.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and improve strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure project success.

**Success Factors**:

- Deliver accurate and detailed estimates to clients promptly (within 24 hours of appointments).
- Maintain consistent follow-ups on estimates, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Achieve divisional sales goals for the 2025 season:

- Softscape Division: $700,000
- Gardening Division: $600,000
- Maintenance Division: $500,000
- Analyze sales performance to identify trends and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills, including the effective use of time-blocking and scheduling techniques.
