Total Instant Lawns has provided premium landscaping services to the Ottawa area since 2010. We are seeking a reliable, honest, and hardworking junior estimator to join our team. Total Instant Lawns is a growing company with lots of opportunities to grow with us.

As a junior estimator, you will be responsible for helping quote residential and commercial jobs and assist our estimators.

Responsibilities include:

- Arriving to the office on time.
- Quoting on various residential and commercial projects.
- Assisting estimators with preparing initial cost estimates for required supplies and services.
- Conducting site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.
- Researching and sourcing materials to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Assisting with project scheduling and coordination as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of quotes, estimates, and client communications.

Qualifications:

- Experience in quoting and estimating.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours as needed.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Experience in landscaping estimation is an asset.
- Knowledge of landscaping materials, techniques, and industry standards is an asset.

This is a full time contract position.

The position is Monday - Friday.

Total Instant Lawns offers competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience. Performance bonuses are given to reward exceptional work.
