- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as needed during off-season periods, including digging, building, maintaining, and irrigating.

**Experience**
- Previous experience operating snow plow vehicles or similar heavy machinery is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and performing basic repairs on equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks is beneficial.
- Experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work long hours during winter storms and respond promptly to emergency situations.
