**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plows and other snow removal equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and walkways.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance during snow removal operations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks related to snow removal and landscape maintenance as needed.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions to ensure safety.
- Assist in the preparation of sites for winter weather by performing tasks such as digging, irrigating, and maintaining landscape features.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate efficient snow removal strategies.
- Report any mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating heavy machinery or snow plowing equipment preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance and snow removal.
- Ability to work long hours during inclement weather conditions, including nights and weekends as required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in landscaping or maintenance roles is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
