We are general contractors who take on a wide variety of projects, so you have ample opportunities to use your skills and develop new ones. Primarily, you work on wood framing, finishing, and cladding for custom rural and agricultural structures. You follow the exact specifications of each project, working efficiently with a team to deliver consistently excellent results for our customers. You always work with safety in mind, and you communicate effectively with your supervisor on the job site if any issues arise. When working with less experienced carpenters and apprentices, you share your framing skills and lead by example. You also constantly strive to improve by actively participating in our ongoing training opportunities.
