The will be responsible for executing various construction tasks with precision and professionalism, contributing to high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution
  • Install building components using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, machinery, and other equipment effectively for various construction tasks
  • Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes
  • Heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support project needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently within deadlines

Skills

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation woodworking, siding
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for construction tasks
  • Ability to perform construction estimating accurately
  • Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems is desirable
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and working at heights
  • Maintenance Person experience or general construction background highly preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
