Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies is recruiting for a **Supply Chain Planning Analyst** (Full-time role). This position is located in Markham, ON Canada.

**Position Summary**:
As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in Sales & Operations Planning Process to ensure continuous supply of finished goods for the assigned portfolio from multiple global supply locations to meet service level expectations and inventory goals. Locally you will work cross-functionally in with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory & Quality teams. Globally you are the key linkage point to the Global Planning organizations ensuring End-to-End visibility and synchronicity through the supply chain.
You will also implement cycles in the S&OP Cycle (Demand Review, Supply Review) and will contribute to the maturity of the S&OP process towards IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the regional S&OP process aligning communications between Commercial and Supply Chain partners and ensuring connectivity with Business Planning process.
- Drive demand planning, supply planning and inventory planning processes for responsible specific franchise platforms
- Owns all critical metrics related to product portfolio (Including OTIF, forecast accuracy, SLOB, and BO etc)
- Review statistical forecast generated and provide input on changes that may be required. Collaborate with functions such as Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Finance to identify and incorporate market intelligence (events) into the demand forecast as aligned
- Proactively identify and resolve directly or through business partnership any issue affecting the product flow
- Collaborate with global franchise on projects affecting the product portfolio and/or the supply network
- Partner with Field Assets Management team to find opportunities and implement solutions for field assets management optimization - if applicable
- Ensure solid partnership and end to end alignment with key functions: commercial organizations, local and regional supply chain organizations (Plan, Make, Source), CLS, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Product Management
- Build the SOPs for key working process in planning stream.
**Qualifications** Education**:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree is required
**Required**:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in supply chain, most of which in a large-scale matrix organization.
- Solid experience in handling S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) for one or multiple categories; proven record of leading the discussion with sales, marketing, and finance to align consensus demand plan for short horizon (1-3 months) and long horizon (3-18 months).
- Proficient in developing statistical forecast at multiple levels of aggregation and horizon and integrating commercial insights to refine forecast model to reflect the latest business assumption.
- Strong at verbal and written communication skill and presentation skills
**Preferred**:
- APICS certification (CSCP/CPIM) is an asset
- Healthcare sector experience is an asset
- Proficient in advanced analytics and data visualization software design and usage (i.e. Power BI)
- Motivated teammate with the ability to collaborate and engage with multiple partners
- Highly developed organizational skills - able to handle multiple high priority tasks/projects concurrently
- Solutions focused orientation with a bias for action
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
