This is your opportunity to work with amazing people and support brands such as Milwaukee® and RYOBI®.Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, as the Supply Chain Analyst looking after POS Analysis, you must possess passion, initiative and drive combined with visionary leadership skills. In collaboration with our Supply Chain, Pricing, Sales and Marketing teams, this role will focus on researching forecasts, on-hands, POS, promos and current requirements and overstock situations. Reacting to challenges the Supply Chain Analyst will mitigate risk to customer satisfaction and financial impacts.This position requires the ability to build customer centric relationships while communicating TTI's commitment to excellence. You must possess a Team First attitude, interacting with your peers positively to bring the best out of them and yourself. Your passion for knowledge, both product and business will help you meet your required objectives.It is expected that you will be an outstanding communicator, both internally and externally; you will consistently bring suggestions and solutions to the table, rather than problems.What You Will DoAnalyze POS/on hands for everyday itemsAction feedback from reps who do not receive enough inventory for POG’d itemsPres mins or sales forecast set too low?Space for additional listings on POG?Highlight SKU’s that consistently underperform and bring to sales attentionRetail too high? Never enough inventory?Should we replace with a different SKU to drive POS?Review monthly POS and compare to orders/forecastReview high/low WOSRecommend inventory reservesWhat You Will BringMust be currently enrolled in a post secondary co-op program.Self-driven and the passion to be your best day in and day out.Ability to get the volume completed in a timely manner.Determination to see things through to successful completion.Ability to logically think through decisions on the fly.Ability to manipulate data quickly through Excel.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and accomplish them all on schedule.The ability to present data and explain data in a logical way.Excellent written and verbal communication required.Legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.Must be fully vaccinated to be considered.TTI is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, where we celebrate, support, and thrive on diversity.Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
