**Construction Survey Crew Chief -Metro Vancouver, BC**

who, ideally, has experience in the Construction Survey sector and has a desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.

**The Work**:

- Survey construction layouts, foundations, pipelines, settlement monitoring, grading on various construction sites throughout Lower Mainland and surrounding areas
- Survey legal property boundaries and topographic surveys
- Work is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
- Follow safety protocol
- Provide guidance and mentorship to survey assistants
- Prepare clear, concise and accurate field notes, records and calculations

**What you bring to the table**:

- Strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to CORE.
- Desire for excellence in all that you do.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to liaise with clients
- Creativity
- A degree/diploma from a technical college in Geomatics
- Experience leading a construction survey crew
- Experience performing precise layout and control surveys
- Experience working on industrial and commercial construction sites
- Experience working with Trimble RTK GPS and Robotic Total Stations
