Currently, we have an opportunity for aConstruction Survey Crew Chief Metro Vancouver, BCwho, ideally, has experience in the Construction Survey sector and has a desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.The WorkSurvey construction layouts, foundations, pipelines, settlement monitoring, grading on various construction sites throughout Lower Mainland and surrounding areasSurvey legal property boundaries and topographic surveysWork is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditionsFollow safety protocolProvide guidance and mentorship to survey assistantsPrepare clear, concise and accurate field notes, records and calculationsWhat you bring to the tableStrong focus on relationships, both internal and external to COREDesire for excellence in all that you doStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to liaise with clientsCreativityA degree / diploma from a technical college in GeomaticsExperience leading a construction survey crewExperience performing precise layout and control surveysExperience working on industrial and commercial construction sitesExperience working with Trimble RTK GPS and Robotic Total StationsIf you feel that this is the right challenge for you, and you meet these qualifications, please respond by sending your resume and cover letter in Word or .pdf format to this ad.We thank all applicants for their interest; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
