**Job Title**:ServiceNow Technical Lead**

**Location**:Remote

**Job Overview**:
As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices, you will collaborate closely with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including but not limited to IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and platform governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution scope, and develop technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, leveraging APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform releases, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform development, customization, and integration, with a minimum of [X] years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, and Certified System Administrator, preferred.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $70.00-$100.00 per hour
