We are seeking a SNow CSM Technical Lead / Developer to design, configure, and implement SNow CSM solutions. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Must-Haves

  • Mid-level SNow professional with required certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM).
  • Strong technical depth across SNow modules and CSM capabilities.
  • Ability to work onsite in Calgary for the full project duration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of SNow CSM solutions.
  • Customize and enhance CSM components including:
  • Case Management
  • Account & Contact Management
  • Entitlements, SLAs, Contract Management
  • Customer/Service Portal widgets
  • Playbooks, Agent Workspace, Guided Decisions
  • Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and notifications.
  • Integrate CSM with other SNow modules (ITSM, FSM, HRSD) and external systems (Sales force, SAP, CRMs).
  • Develop scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Work in Agile environments using SNow Agile 2.0.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SNow experience, including 2+ years in a technical lead role.
  • Deep understanding of SNow architecture and platform capabilities.
  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and scripting.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with best practices.

Mandatory Certifications

  • SNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • SNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • SNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM (CIS-CSM)
