Office Administrator will be responsible:

- To answer and schedule service appointments on the online Calendar.
- Calling customers to get feedback on service and installation.
- Organize and schedule technicians' daily schedules.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service & relationship

**Skills**:

- Proficient in reading & writing English. (French, Italian, or Spanish will assist)
- Self-motivated, independent & hardworking.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
