**What You'll Do**:

- Generate new business by leveraging existing networks and establishing new connections.
- Engage proactively with prospects to close sales and grow your client base.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet evolving client insurance needs.
- Uphold underwriting guidelines established by our partner insurers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters.
- Promote client retention through dedicated relationship-building and exceptional service.
- Assess and underwrite risk within established guidelines efficiently and accurately.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, balancing both client service and business growth activities.

**What You Bring**:

- Active RIBO, OTL, or LLQP license.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Property and Casualty Insurance.
- Proven sales skills with a drive to establish referral networks and generate leads.
- Independent, accountable, and eager to embrace new sales strategies.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Positive, client-focused mindset committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Desire for career growth within a rapidly expanding brokerage.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $150,000 per year
