**Design Sales Consultant / Sales Representative / Designer**

Westside window coverings are seeking a full-time Design Sales Consultant/sales representative / Designer focusing on residential sales.

Individuals must have an eye for design, be self-motivated, and organized, have great attention to detail, and be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Previous 3-5 years of window covering, Drapery, Blinds, and design experience is preferred. Product knowledge is an asset.

Individuals will be utilizing product knowledge and design experience to provide customers with product selections, including product styles, fabric, and color choices. A key element of this position will be maintaining relationships with customers, developing new relationships, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

The position will also be responsible for the entire sales process including initial contact with customers through ordering products, arranging installation, and client satisfaction follow-up.

Individuals must have strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Provide design assistance for all showroom customers, selecting products, styles, and materials as needed.
- Analyze customer’s requirements, create layouts, and recommend products
- Generate proposals and pricing for potential projects
- Visit client sites and maintain continuous contact with customers throughout the project to maintain the business relationship and resolve any potential problems
- Follow and generate leads, make sales calls, and keep in contact with existing customers.

- Maintain product knowledge through continuous education and seminars
- Showroom management and maintance

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,418.83-$50,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
