We help our clients excel their pipeline into the next gear. **Responsibilities**: - NetSuite Customization & Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom scripts (SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0). Create and update workflows, custom records, and forms using SuiteFlow. Implement custom dashboards and reports for real-time analytics. - System Integration: Build integrations between NetSuite and external systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and third-party tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi). Develop APIs to enhance system interoperability. - System Configuration: Configure NetSuite modules such as Inventory, Financials, CRM, and Order Management. Set up roles, permissions, and user access controls. - Data Management: Perform data migration tasks, including imports, exports, and transformations. Ensure data integrity and implement validation rules. - Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize scripts, workflows, and processes for efficiency. Perform system upgrades and ensure compatibility with new NetSuite releases. - Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support for system issues and resolve them promptly. Conduct regular audits and updates to maintain system reliability. - Collaboration & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides. **Work Experience** **>**Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) and JavaScript. Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP APIs). Familiarity with middleware tools like Celigo, Boomi, or Dell Boomi. - NetSuite Modules Expertise: In-depth experience with NetSuite ERP modules, including P2P, O2C, Inventory Management, and Financials. Experience with NetSuite OneWorld for multi-subsidiary setups. - Integration Knowledge: Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), eCommerce platforms, and other third-party systems. - Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience in end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, customization, and deployment. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and debug custom scripts, integrations, and workflows. - Other Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems and accounting/financial principles. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA. Experience with saved searches, reports, and SuiteAnalytics. - Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer) are highly desirable. - Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience working as a NetSuite Developer. Prior consulting experience is a plus, especially in industries like logistics, manufacturing, or retail. Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Work Location: In person
