Marketing Lead

**Job description**:
Field and Forge Brewing Co., is currently looking for a Marketing Lead, to help with our growing businesses and brands based in Innisfail, AB. This is a unique opportunity for talented professional looking to collaborate with an enthusiastic team to build and grow our businesses.

Position Scope

This role is responsible for leading marketing efforts to support our Business Development Manager and Restaurant Leadership with the development and implementation of the marketing and communications strategies promoting Field & Forge Brewing & Gastropub and its complimentary brands.

This job is located in Innisfail Alberta, with some provincial travel required.

Administrative Responsibilities:

- Foster strong and positive communication between all external and internal customers and stakeholders.
- Ownership of Microsoft Teams channels marketing and design. Ensuring that the appropriate images and tools are prepared for different teams within the business.
- Management of the online portal, label artwork uploading and review process with printing partners.
- Manage Wix suite effectively and accurately accross all sites.

Brand Management:

- Social Media management for all brands accross all platforms.
- Maintenance of company logo usage in addition to company newsletters.
- Design requirements for the Brewery and Restaurant - logos, packaging, menu/table side and retail tools.
- Drive the creative process for company social media campaigns, website development and events.
- Assist with planning and executing events both off and on site, including managing ticket sales and promotion.
- Provide feedback to Management on social media response to campaigns and events (ie: number of guests attending Facebook event)
- Respond to customer inquiries from social media - answering where possible and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Management of information and reviews from secondary platforms, google, trip adviser, reddit etc.

Key Role Qualifications & Experience Required:

- University degree, diploma or combination of education and experience
- 5-10 years related work experience
- Marketing and packaging design experience considered an asset
- Self-directed, proactive, resilient individual with an eagerness to excel and is accustomed to a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
