ServiceNow Analyst IMT Service Management Office, The Hospital for Sick Children | Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

**About the job**:
Exciting opportunity to be part of Information Management and Technology (IMT) Service Management Office (SMO) at SickKids Hospital. SMO is the face of IMT to the Hospital and focused on ensuring that we meet the organization's expectations when delivering our services. You will meet a group of people who are very passionate about technologies and customer values.
ServiceNow is a Platform As A Service (PaaS) cloud computing service. As a ServiceNow Analyst, you will become part of ServiceNow development team and see end-to-end process of the Agile development practice.
**Here is what you will get to do**:
- Participate in ServiceNow Upgrade activities with the team.
- Work with ServiceNow developers to build or update the catalog items on ServiceNow
- Create Automated Test cases and execute the tests for various stories.
- Work with customers and define requirement specification sheet for catalog items
- Write Test scripts and engage customers for User acceptance tests (UAT)
- You will be given various mini-projects to complete depending on the skill set and experience. (Past projects include, Portal UI improvements, Service request form builds, Workflow builds etc.)
**Here is what you will need**:
- Detail oriented and methodological and adhere to Change control and environment management practice.
- Experience in Agile Development is a great asset.
- Experience in creating UAT scripts and executing them is an asset
- Experience in basic logic and scripting
- Familiarity /experience with Microsoft Power Automate is an asset
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written communication.
- Experience/exposure to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) in an asset.
- Experience using a modern IT Service Management tool such as ServiceNow, BMC Footprints, or Remedy is an asset.
- Experience working in interdisciplinary team is an asset.
- Work effectively in collaborative environment as well as individually without supervision.
**Employment Type**: Co-op STUDENT. Summer Term - 4 months.
